Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the Solo, Core and Pro plans?
Solo covers a one-person operation with the day-to-day essentials. Core adds team access with roles, permissions and an audit log. Pro adds reports, auction sheet extraction, workshop planning and job sheets, API access and a branded tracking page. The full comparison is in the table above.
Can I bring in vehicles and costs I already track elsewhere?
Yes. Vehicles and costs can be imported from CSV, added manually, or created through the API on the Pro plan.
Can my customers follow their vehicle's progress?
Every vehicle can have a public tracking link. Customers see progress and ETAs on a live page without signing in, and you control what each link shows.
How does my team use it day to day?
Everyone works from the same live data: desktop in the office, and a mobile view for workshop and field staff. On Core and Pro, roles and permissions control who can see and change what.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payment details and invoices are managed in the app under Settings, Billing.

Every plan includes support and the in-app help centre; Pro includes priority support. You can also email hello@import-ops.com.
